أبرولين أماروكس 25 مجم دواء لعلاج ضغط الدم المرتفع، إذ يساعد على اتساع الأوعية الدموية، كما يُستخدَم لحالات قصور القلب.
مكونات أبرولين أماروكس
يحتوي أبرولين أماروكس على 25 مجم من مادة "هيدروكلوريد الهيدرالازين"، التي تساعد على توسيع الأوعية الدموية، مما يخفض ضغط الدم المرتفع.
دواعي استعمال ابرولين اماروكس
يُستخدَم أبرولين أماروكس 25 مجم إلى جانب الأدوية الأخرى في علاج:
- ارتفاع ضغط الدم.
- قصور القلب المتوسّط أو الشديد.
جرعة ابرولين اماروكس
- يُحدِّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة حسب حالة المريض.
- الجرعة المعتادة قرص واحد 25 مجم مرتين يوميًا.
- قد تزداد الجرعة في حالة علاج قصور القلب.
- الحد الأقصى من الجرعة المسموح بها يوميًا 200 مجم.
الآثار الجانبية لدواء ابرولين
قد يُسبِّب دواء ابرولين اماروكس بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:
- زيادة سُرعة ضربات القلب.
- الصداع.
- هبوط ضغط الدم.
- الإسهال.
- الدوخة.
- انسداد الأنف.
- علامات مرض الذئبة الحمراء أو مرض مرتبط، مثل ألم المفاصل أو الحمى أو تغير عدد كرات الدم.
موانع استخدام ابرولين
لا يُستخدَم ابرولين في حالة:
- فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناته.
- مرض الذئبة الحمراء أو الأمراض المرتبطة به.
- زيادة سُرعة ضربات القلب.
- قصور القلب أو مشكلات صمامات القلب.
- تمدّد الشريان الأورطي.
- تضخّم القلب الناجِم عن مرض الرئة.
- تاريخ عائلي بالإصابة بالبرفيرية.
التحذيرات والاحتياطات
يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول أبرولين أماروكس، خاصةً في حالة:
- مشكلات الكلى أو الكبد.
- مرض الشريان التاجي.
- الذبحة الصدرية.
- التعافي من نوبة قلبية.
- الحاجة إلى إجراء عملية جراحية.

ابرولين والرضاعة

التفاعلات الدوائية
يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل تناول دواء ابرولين اماروكس إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصة:
- أدوية ضغط الدم الأخرى.
- أدوية الاكتئاب.
- أدوية القلق.
- المسكنات.
- الكورتيكوستيرويدات.
- حبوب منع الحمل.
حفظ الدواء وتخزينه
- يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
- يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 25 درجة مئوية.
- لا يُستخدَم الدواء بعد انتهاء صلاحيته

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
