ابروفيل دواء يُستخدَم لعلاج ارتفاع ضغط الدم، إذ يساعد على تقليله، كما يُسهِم في الحفاظ على صحة الكلى لدى مرضى ضغط الدم المرتفع وكذلك مرضى السكري من النوع الثاني.

مكونات ابروفيل

يحتوي ابروفيل على مادة "اربيسارتان" المضادة لمُستقبِلات الأنجيوتنسين-2، التي تساعد على تقليل ضغط الدم المرتفع والحفاظ على وظائف الكلى.

دواعي استعمال ابروفيل

يُستخدَم دواء ابروفيل في:

• علاج ضغط الدم المرتفع.
• علاج مرض الكلى لدى المُصابِين بارتفاع ضغط الدم أو مرض السكري من النوع الثاني.

جرعة ابروفيل

• يُحدِّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة من دواء ابروفيل.
• يمكن البدء بجرعة 150 مجم مرة واحدة يوميًا مع الأكل أو من دونه.
• يُراعَى خفض الجرعة لدى كبار السن.
• يمكن أن يزيد الطبيب الجرعة إلى 300 مجم يوميًا عند الحاجة إلى ذلك.

الآثار الجانبية لدواء ابروفيل

قد يُسبِّب دواء ابروفيل بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• دوخة.
• الغثيان.
• القيء.
• التعب.
• زيادة مستويات البوتاسيوم في الدم.

موانع استخدام ابروفيل

لا يُستخدَم دواء ابروفيل في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكونات الدواء.
• تناول دواء أليسكرين لدى مرضى السكري أو قصور الكلى.
• مرور أكثر من 3 أشهر على الحمل.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء ابروفيل، خاصةً في حالة:

• هبوط ضغط الدم.
• الإسهال والجفاف الشديد.
• ارتفاع مستويات البوتاسيوم في الدم.
• هبوط سكر الدم.
• ضيق الصمام الميترالي أو الأورطي.
• اعتلال عضلة القلب الضخامي.
• الحمل والرضاعة.

ابروفيل للحامل

لا يُوصَى بتناول دواء ابروفيل خلال فترة الحمل، خاصةً بعد مرور أكثر من 3 أشهر منه، فقد يُسبِّب مشكلات خطيرة للجنين.

ابروفيل والرضاعة

لا يُوصَى بتناول دواء ابروفيل خلال فترة الرضاعة الطبيعية، لعدم توفّر معلومات حول انتقال الدواء من لبن الأم إلى الرضيع أم لا.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء ابروفيل إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• أدوية ضغط الدم الأخرى.
• مدرات البول.
• مكملات البوتاسيوم.
• الليثيوم.
• المسكّنات.
• ريباجلينيد.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.
• لا يُستخدَم الدواء بعد انتهاء صلاحيته.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
