أفالون بريلا 5% كريم مخدر موضعي 5 جم، يُسكِّن الألم موضعيًا، ويُستخدَم قبل التدخلات الجراحية، وكذلك قبل الحقن أو العمليات الصغيرة في الجلد، وغير ذلك من الاستخدامات الأخرى لتسكين الألم.

مكونات أفالون بريلا كريم

يحتوي أفالون بريلا كريم على "ليدوكايين" و"بريلوكايين"، وهما من المواد المُخدّرة موضعيًا، التي تساعد على تخدير منطقة مُعيّنة من الجلد لفترة قصيرة، قبل العمليات الجراحية مثلًا، أو لتسكين الألم.

دواعي استعمال أفالون بريلا كريم

يُستخدَم أفالون بريلا كريم مخدر لتخدير البشرة قبل:

• الحقن أو اختبار الدم (دخول إبرة في الجلد).
• العمليات الصغيرة في الجلد.
• تخدير المنطقة التناسلية قبل الحقن أو التدخلات الجراحية، مثل إزالة الثآليل.
• تنظيف أو إزالة البشرة التالفة في قرح الساق.

• يُستخدَم كريم بريلا موضعيًا حسب توجيهات الطبيب.

• اللسع أو الحرقة أو الدفء في المنطقة المُعالَجة.

موانع استخدام كريم بريلا

لا يُستخدَم كريم بريلا في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناته أو غيره من المخدرات الموضعية المُشابِهة.
• المنطقة التناسلية عند الأطفال الأصغر من 12 سنة.
• الأطفال الخدج حديثو الولادو.

كما لا يُستخدَم كريم بريلا على بعض مناطق الجسم، مثل:

• الطفح الجلدي أو الإكزيما.
• داخل أو بالقُرب من العين.
• داخل الأنف أو الفم أو الأذن.
• حول فتحة الشرج.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام أفالون بريلا كريم إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• المضادات الحيوية.
• أدوية الصرع، مثل فينيتوين.
• المخدرات الموضعية الأخرى.
• أدوية عدم انتظام ضربات القلب، مثل أميودارون.
• حاصرات بيتا (أحد أنواع أدوية ضغط الدم).

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.
• لا يُجمّد.
• يجب عدم استخدام المنتَج بعد مرور 30 يومًا من فتح العبوة.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
