أفالون افوكايين 10% بخاخ مخدر موضعي لتسكين الآلام في بعض مناطق الجسم عند الحاجة إلى ذلك، ويُستخدَم في تسكين الألم وفق إرشادات الطبيب.

مكونات افوكايين

يحتوي بخاخ افوكايين على المادة الفاعلة "ليدوكايين"، المُخدّرة موضعيًا، والتي تساعد على تجنّب الإحساس بالألم عند استخدامها موضعيًا.

دواعي استعمال افوكايين

يُستخدَم افوكايين في تخدير بعض أجزاء الجسم عند الحاجة إلى ذلك، كما في حالة:

• الفحوصات الطبية أو عمليات الأنف والحلق.
• تلقّي العلاج عند طبيب الأسنان.
• الولادة، وبعدها إذا كانت هناك حاجة إلى غرز جراحية.

طريقة استعمال بخاخ افوكايين

• يجب استخدام افوكايين بخاخ حسب إرشادات الطبيب.
• لا يُستخدَم البخاخ لأكثر من 20 يومًا.
• يجب استخدام عدد أقل من البخات قدر المُستطاع.
• يجب عدم ملامسة البخاخ للعين.

متى ينتهي مفعول المخدر الموضعي؟

يستمر مفعول المخدر الموضعي "ليدوكايين" فترة تتراوح بين 1 - 3 ساعات.

الآثار الجانبية لبخاخ افوكايين

قد يُسبِّب بخاخ افوكايين بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• التهيّج في موضع الاستخدام.
• العصبية.
• الدوخة.
• النعاس.
• بحة الصوت.
• بطء التنفس أو صعوبته.
• بطء ضربات القلب.
• انخفاض ضغط الدم.

موانع استعمال افوكايين

لا يُستخدَم افوكايين في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناته.
• الحساسية تجاه المخدرات الموضعية الأخرى، مثل بريلوكايين.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام افوكايين بخاخ، خاصةً في حالة:

• وجود جروح أو قرح في الحلق أو الفم أو الأنف.
• عدوى الصدر.
• الصرع.
• بطء ضربات القلب.
• هبوط ضغط الدم الشديد.
• مشكلات الكلى أو الكبد.

افوكايين بخاخ والحمل والرضاعة

يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل استخدام افوكايين بخاخ خلال فترة الحمل أو الرضاعة.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام افوكايين بخاخ إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• أدوية عدم انتظام ضربات القلب.
• استخدام مخدّر موضعي آخر، أو الأدوية التي تحتوي على مخدر موضعي.
• حاصرات بيتا (أحد أنواع أدوية ضغط الدم).

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.
• يجب التخلص من المنتَج بعد 30 يومًا من فتحه.
• لا يُستخدَم الدواء بعد انتهاء صلاحيته.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
