أرينا بلس دواء لعلاج ضغط الدم المرتفع، يحتوي على مادتين فاعلتَين، يُساعِدان على تقليل ضغط الدم من خلال منع ضيق الأوعية الدموية وإدرار البول.

لماذا يستخدم دواء أرينا بلس؟

يُستخدَم دواء أرينا بلس في:

• علاج ضغط الدم المرتفع.
• علاج أولي لارتفاع ضغط الدم الشديد.

جرعة دواء أرينا بلس

• يُحدِّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة بناءً على حالة المريض.
• الجرعة المعتادة قرص واحد يوميًا.
• في حالة نسيان الجرعة، يجب الانتظار إلى موعد الجرعة التالية، وعدم تناول جرعتَين معًا في نفس الوقت.

الآثار الجانبية لدواء أرينا بلس

قد يُسبِّب الدواء بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• الغثيان.
• القيء.
• عُسر الهضم.
• الإسهال.
• الإرهاق.
• الصداع.
• الدوخة.
• عدوى الجهاز التنفسي العلوي.

موانع استخدام أرينا بلس

لا يُستخدَم أرينا بلس في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه أي من مكوناته.
• انقطاع البول.
• الحمل والرضاعة.
• تناول دواء أليسكرين، لمرضى السكري أو قصور الكلى المتوسط أو الشديد.
• أدوية ضغط الدم الأخرى لدى من يُعانُون اعتلال الكلى السكري.
• عدم تحمّل الجالاكتوز.
• الأطفال والمراهقين الأصغر من 18 سنة.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء أرينا بلس، خاصةً في حالة:

• مرض الكلى.
• مرض الكبد.
• كبر السن.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء أرينا بلس إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• أدوية السكري.
• الأدوية الموفّرة للبوتاسيوم.
• أدوية ضغط الدم الأخرى.
• كوليستيرامين.
• مكملات الكالسيوم وفيتامين د.
• كاربامازيبين.
• ديجوكسين.
• الليثيوم.
• المسكنات.
• وارفارين.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة تتراوح بين 15 - 30 درجة مئوية.
• يحفَظ بعيدًا عن ضوء الشمس والرطوبة.
• لا يُستخدَم الدواء بعد انتهاء صلاحيته.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
