مكونات أربينيا
يحتوي شراب أربينيا على المادة الفعالة "أريبيبرازول" أحد مضادات الذهان؛ إذ يعمل منشّطًا جزئيًا لمستقبلات الدوبامين D2 والسيروتونين 5HT-1A، ومضادًا لمستقبلات السيروتونين 5HT-2A، فهو يوازن مستويات الدوبامين والسيروتونين في الدماغ.
ماذا يعالج أربينيا؟
يُستخدَم أربينيا في علاج الاضطرابات النفسية، مثل:
- الفصام.
- نوبات الهوس والمختلطة للاضطراب ثنائي القطب.
- التهيج المصاحب لاضطراب التوحد.
- متلازمة توريت.
- علاج مساعد لاضطراب الاكتئاب الشديد.
جرعة شراب أربينيا
- يجب التزام الجرعة التي يحدِّدها الطبيب.
- قد يصف الطبيب جرعة أعلى تصل إلى 30 مجم يوميًا.
- يُفضّل تناول الدواء في نفس الوقت كل يوم.
- يجب عدم التوقف عن تناول الدواء حتى لو شعرت بتحسّن، والتزام مدة العلاج التي قرّرها الطبيب.
الآثار الجانبية لشراب أربينيا
قد يُسبِّب أربينيا شراب بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:
- رعشة.
- الصداع.
- الدوخة.
- الشعور بالقلق.
- التعب.
- الغثيان والقيء.
- عُسر الهضم.
- الإمساك.
- زيادة نسبة السكر في الدم.
- صعوبة النوم.
- عدم وضوح الرؤية.
موانع استخدام أربينيا
لا يُستخدَم أربينيا شراب في حالة:
- فرط الحساسية تجاه مكونات الدواء.
- الأطفال الأصغر من 13 سنة.
- لا يُستخدَم في علاج الفصام للأطفال الأصغر من 15 سنة.
التحذيرات والاحتياطات
يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول شراب أربينيا، خاصةً في حالة:
- ارتفاع مستويات السكر في الدم.
- التشنجات.
- حركات العضلات غير المنتظمة اللاإرادية، خاصةً في الوجه.
- أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية.
- هبوط أو ارتفاع ضغط الدم.
- اضطراب نقص الانتباه مع فرط النشاط وتناول أدوية له.

أربينيا والرضاعة
يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل تناول شراب أربينيا خلال فترة الرضاعة الطبيعية.
التفاعلات الدوائية
يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول أربينيا شراب إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:
- أدوية الاكتئاب.
- أدوية القلب.
- مضادات الفطريات، مثل كيتوكونازول.
- مدرات البول.
- أدوية علاج فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية.
- أدوية الصرع.
حفظ وتخزين الدواء
- يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
- يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 15 درجة مئوية.
- يُستخدَم في غضون 6 أشهر بعد فتح العبوة أول مرة.
- لا يُستخدَم بعد انتهاء صلاحيته.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.
In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.
5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
