ما هي استخدامات اتوزيت 10-40 ملجم؟
يُستخدَم أتوزيت في علاج:
- ارتفاع مستويات الكوليسترول في الدم.
- تقليل فرص الإصابة بمرض القلب أو النوبة القلبية لمن يُعانُون زيادة مستويات الكوليسترول في الدم.
هل يساعد أتوزيت على خسارة الوزن؟
لا يُستخدَم أتوزيت في خسارة الوزن.
جرعة أتوزيت
- الجرعة الموصى بها قرص واحد يوميًا.
- يمكن تناول أتوزيت مع الأكل أو من دونه.
- إذا كُنت تتناول دواء يحتوي على كوليستيرامين أو منحيات حامض الصفراء، فيجب الفصل بينه وبينها بساعتين قبل تناول تلك الأدوية، أو بعد تناولها بأربع ساعات.
ما هو أفضل توقيت لتناول أتوزيت؟
يُفضّل تناول الدواء في نفس الموعد كل يوم.
الآثار الجانبية لدواء أتوزيت
قد يُسبِّب أتوزيت بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:
- الإسهال.
- ألم العضلات.
- الإمساك.
- الغثيان.
- ألم البطن.
- صعوبة النوم.
- الاكتئاب.
- ضعف الذاكرة.
موانع استخدام أتوزيت
لا يُستخدَم أتوزيت في حالة:
- فرط الحساسية تجاه مكونات الدواء.
- ألم أو ضعف العضلات نتيجة تناول أدوية الكوليسترول أو الدهون الثلاثية.
- الحمل أو التخطيط للحمل.
- الرضاعة.
- مرض الكبد.
التحذيرات والاحتياطات
يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء أتوزيت، خاصةً في حالة:
- مرض الكلى.
- مرض الكبد.
- ألم أو ضعف العضلات دون سببٍ واضح.
- سبق الإصابة بسكتة دماغية.
- مشكلات التنفّس.
- شُرب الكحول بانتظام.
التفاعلات الدوائية
يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء أتوزيت إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:
- أدوية الكوليسترول الأخرى.
- مضادات التخثّر، مثل وارفارين.
- المضادات الحيوية، مثل إريثروميسين وحمض الفوسيديك.
- مضادات الفطريات، مثل كيتوكونازول.
- أدوية فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية، مثل ريتونافير.
- سيكلوسبورين.
- كولشيسين.
- أدوية القلب، مثل ديجوكسين وديلتيازيم.
- حبوب منع الحمل.
- نبتة سانت جون.
حفظ وتخزين الدواء
- يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
- يُحفَظ في مكان بارد وجاف.
- يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.
