ابيلفاي حقن مضادة للذهان، تساعد على تخفيف أعراض الفصام والاضطراب ثنائي القطب، وتُستخدَم مرة واحدة شهريًا ضمن خطة علاج مُحدّدة.

مكونات ابليفاي

يحتوي ابيلفاي على المادة الفاعلة "أريبيبرازول"، أحد مضادات الذهان التي تساعد على تخفيف الهلاوس والأوهام، عبر الحفاظ على توازن النواقل العصبية في الدماغ. 

دواعي استعمال ابليفاي

يُستخدَم ابليفاي في علاج:

• الفصام، وهو مرض نفسي يتسم بالهلاوس؛ أي رؤية أو سماع أو الإحساس بأشياء غير موجودة على الحقيقة.
• الاضطراب ثنائي القطب من النوع الأول.

جرعة دواء ابليفاي

• يُستخدَم ابيلفاي مرة واحدة شهريًا.
• الجرعة المعتادة 400 مجم كل 4 أسابيع.
• يجب تناول 10 - 20 مجم من دواء أريبيبرازول فمويًا لمدة 14 يومًا بعد الحصول على حقنة ابيلفاي.
• يجب التزام مدة العلاج التي يُحدِّدها الطبيب.
• يُحقَن دواء ابيلفاي في العضل.

متى يبدأ مفعول ابليفاي؟

يبلغ الدواء قمة مستوياته في الدم في غضون 1 - 3 ساعات بعد الحصول على حقنة، كما يُخفِّف الاهتياج الناجِم عن الفصام أو نوبات الهوس في غضون ساعتين، ويستغرق الدواء 12 - 15 يومًا حتى يغادر الجسم، وحوالي 15 - 20 يومًا للتخلص من المنتَج الثانوي له تمامًا.

الآثار الجانبية لدواء ابيليفاي

قد يُسبِّب دواء ابيلفاي بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• الصداع.
• التعب والإرهاق.
• النعاس.
• ألم أو تورّم أو احمرار في موضع الحقن.
• جفاف الفم.
• الضعف الجنسي.
• الإمساك.
• الإسهال.

موانع استخدام ابيلفاي

لا يُستخدَم دواء ابيلفاي في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناته.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام دواء ابيلفاي، خاصةً في حالة:

• الخرف (فقدان الذاكرة أو غيرها من الإعاقات الذهنية) وتقدّم العمر.
• المعاناة سابقًا من المتلازمة الخبيثة للأدوية المضادة للذهان، وهي رد فعل تجاه بعض الأدوية يُسبِّب ارتفاع درجة الحرارة فجأة، وسُرعة ضربات القلب، وتيبّس العضلات، وصعود أو هبوط ضغط الدم.
• خلل الحركة الشيخوخي، وهي حركات غير طبيعية للسان أو الفم أو الخد، وربّما تصل إلى الساقين أو الذراعين.
• هبوط أو ارتفاع ضغط الدم.
• الصرع والتشنجات.
• صعوبة البلع.
• جلطات الدم.
• المعاناة حاليًا أو سابقًا من نقص عدد كرات الدم البيضاء.

ابيلفاي للحامل

لا يُستخدَم ابيلفاي للحامل إلّا إذا كانت فوائده أعلى من مخاطره، ويُقدِّر الطبيب ذلك، خاصةً أنّ الدواء يمتد أثره إلى الجنين.

ابيلفاي والرضاعة

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام ابيلفاي خلال فترة الرضاعة الطبيعية.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام ابيلفاي إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• أدوية الاكتئاب والقلق.
• الأدوية التي تعالج الاعتماد على النيكوتين (أدوية الإقلاع عن التدخين).
• أدوية الصرع.
• أدوية ضغط الدم.
• أدوية عدم انتظام ضربات القلب.
• المضادات الحيوية.
• مضادات الفطريات.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.
• لا يُجمّد.
• لا يُستخدَم الدواء بعد انتهاء صلاحيته.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
