How to Use Pediasure Liquid Vanilla Formula Milk 

• PediaSure should be consumed with meals or between meals as part of a healthy, balanced diet.

• Mix 5 level scoops (49.2 grams) of PediaSure milk with 190 ml of water (at room temperature below 35°C), stir well, and consume immediately.

• Recommended daily intake varies by age:

• Up to 2 servings/day for children aged 1–8 years.

• Up to 3 servings/day for children aged 9–10 years.

• Can be served warm (under 30°C) if preferred by the child.

• Do not heat in a microwave to avoid nutrient loss or burns.
