Althera Cow'S Milk Protein Allergy 400g is a specialized medical food formula designed to manage Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA) in infants who are formula-fed. It contains extensively hydrolyzed whey protein (eHF) and should be used under medical supervision.

Directions for Use

• Wash your hands thoroughly.

1. Clean the bottle, nipple, and cap, then sterilize them.

2. Boil drinking water and let it cool for no more than 30 minutes.

3. Pour the required amount of water into the sterilized bottle.

4. Add one scoop (4.4g) per 30ml of water, according to the feeding table.

5. Shake the bottle well until the powder is completely dissolved.

6. Cool the bottle under running water until lukewarm.

7. Test the temperature before feeding.

Warning: 

Unboiled water, unsterilized bottles, or improper preparation can cause illness.

Storage

• Shelf life: 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored at room temperature.

• Once opened, close tightly, store in a cool dry place, and use within 3 weeks.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?
