فلازول 500 مجم هو دواء مضاد للبكتيريا والطفيليات، يُستخدَم لعلاج العديد من الالتهابات البكتيرية والطفيلية في الجسم، خاصة تلك التي تصيب الجهاز الهضمي أو التناسلي، بفضل قدرته على القضاء على البكتيريا والطفيليات المُسبّبة للعدوى.
مكونات فلازول
يحتوي كل قرص من فلازول 500 مجم على المادة الفعالة:

ميترونيدازول (Metronidazole) 500 mg: مضاد حيوي فعّال ضد البكتيريا والطفيليات اللاهوائية، يعمل عن طريق تثبيط نموها ومنع تكاثرها داخل الجسم.
فلازول 500 دواعي الاستعمال
يُستخدم فلازول 500 في علاج مجموعة من العدوى البكتيرية والطفيلية، مثل:
-
عدوى اللثة والأسنان.
-
عدوى الجهاز الهضمي، مثل داء الأميبا والجيارديا.
-
عدوى المهبل الناتجة عن البكتيريا اللاهوائية أو داء المشعرات.
-
عدوى المسالك البولية والتناسلية.
-
العدوى البكتيرية بعد العمليات الجراحية، خصوصًا في الجهاز الهضمي أو التناسلي عند النساء.
-
عدوى الجلد والعظام الناتجة عن البكتيريا اللاهوائية.
جرعة فلازول
-
يحدد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة حسب حالة المريض وشِدّة العدوى.
-
يجب تناول الأقراص بعد الطعام لتقليل اضطرابات المعدة.
-
يجب إكمال مدة العلاج كاملة حتى لو اختفت الأعراض، لتجنّب عودة العدوى.
الآثار الجانبية لفلازول
قد تسبب حبوب الفلازول بعض الأعراض الجانبية البسيطة والمؤقتة، مثل:
-
الغثيان أو القيء.
-
اضطرابات المعدة أو الإسهال.
-
طعم معدني غير مستحب في الفم.
-
صداع أو دوار.
-
تغير في لون البول (غامق مؤقتًا).
وفي حالات نادرة، قد يحدث:
-
حساسية جلدية أو طفح جلدي.
-
تشنجات أو خدر في الأطراف.
موانع استخدام فلازول
يُمنع استخدام فلازول 500 مجم في الحالات التالية:
-
فرط الحساسية تجاه ميترونيدازول أو أي من مكونات الدواء.
-
الحمل في الثلث الأول من الحمل.
-
تناول الكحول أثناء العلاج أو بعده بـ 48 ساعة على الأقل.
-
في حالات أمراض الكبد الشديدة أو اضطرابات الجهاز العصبي المركزي.
التحذيرات والاحتياطات
-
يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام الدواء في حالة الحمل أو الرضاعة.
-
لا تتناول المشروبات الكحولية أثناء العلاج لتجنّب أي تفاعلات غير مرغوبة مثل الغثيان والقيء الشديد.
-
في حال ظهور أعراض غير طبيعية مثل وخز أو تنميل في الأطراف، يجب التوقف عن الدواء واستشارة الطبيب فورًا.
-
يُستخدم بحذر في المرضى الذين يعانون من قصور كبدي أو كلوي.
التفاعلات الدوائية
قد يتفاعل ميترونيدازول مع بعض الأدوية الأخرى، مثل:
-
مميعات الدم (مثل وارفارين): قد يزيد خطر النزيف.
-
الليثيوم: قد يرفع مستوياته في الدم.
-
الفينيتوين والفينوباربيتال: قد يقللان فعالية الميترونيدازول.
-
الكحول: يسبب تفاعلاً خطيرًا يشمل الغثيان والتقيؤ وتسرّع ضربات القلب.
حفظ الدواء وتخزينه
-
يُحفَظ الدواء في درجة حرارة لا تتجاوز 30 درجة مئوية.
-
يُخزّن في مكان جاف بعيد عن الرطوبة والحرارة.
-
يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
لا يُستخدم بعد انتهاء تاريخ الصلاحية المدون على العبوة.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?
Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.
In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.
After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.
In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.
5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.
6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?
If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.
7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?
If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.
If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
