نوربرولاك 75 ميكرو 30 قرص

هو دواء يحتوي على المادة الفعّالة كويناجوليد (Quinagolide) بتركيز 75 ميكروجرام، وهو دواء يستخدم بشكل أساسي لعلاج حالات زيادة هرمون البرولاكتين في الدم.

فوائد واستخدامات حبوب نوربرولاك 

• يحتوي نوربرولاك على المادة الفعالة الكيناجوليد، ويستخدم لعلاج الأشخاص الذين لديهم مستويات عالية من هرمون البرولاكتين في الدم، إذ تحدث هذه الحالة أحيانًا بسبب نوع من الأورام يسمى الورم البرولاكتيني.

طريقة استخدام حبوب نوربرولاك 75 ميكروجرام

• يتم تحديد الجرعة المناسبة بواسطة الطبيب.
• تحتوي العبوة على 3 أقراص وردية فاتحة بوزن 25 ميكروجرام، و3 أقراص زرقاء باهتة بوزن 50 ميكروجرام، يتم تناول الأقراص الوردية مرة واحدة يوميًا لمدة 3 أيام، تليها الأقراص الزرقاء الباهتة مرة واحدة يوميًا لمدة 3 أيام.
• بعد ذلك، يمكن زيادة الجرعة التي يتم تناولها كل يوم ببطء، اعتمادًا على مدى التحكم في مستويات البرولاكتين لدى المريض.
• تناول القرص مرة واحدة يوميًا قبل النوم مع بعض الطعام، إذ أن تناوله مع الطعام سيساعد في منع اضطراب المعدة.

موانع الاستعمال 

لا يجب تناول حبوب نوربرولاك إذا كنت تعانين من أي من الحالات التالية: 

• كان لديك حساسية تجاه مادة الكيناجوليد أو أي من المكونات الأخرى لهذا الدواء.
• لديك مشاكل في الكلى أو الكبد.

الآثار الجانبية لحبوب نوربرولاك 

• الغثيان أو القيء.
• الدوخة خاصة عند الوقوف.
• النعاس.
• الصداع.
• التعب.
• اضطرابات النوم.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• يجب إبلاغ الطبيب عن أي حالات طبية موجودة أو أدوية أخرى يتم تناولها قبل بدء العلاج بنوربرولاك.

• يجب توخي الحذر عند القيادة أو تشغيل الآلات الثقيلة حتى يتم التأكد من كيفية تأثير الدواء على الفرد.

•  قد يتفاعل نوربرولاك مع بعض الأدوية الأخرى، لذا يجب إبلاغ الطبيب عن جميع الأدوية والمكملات الغذائية التي يتناولها المريض لتجنب التفاعلات الضارة.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يحفظ هذا الدواء في العبوة الأصلية حتى يحين وقت تناوله.
• يحفظ في مكان بارد وجاف، بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• لا يجب تخزين هذا الدواء أو أي دواء آخر في الحمام أو بالقرب من الحوض.

مكونات أقراص نوربرولاك 

• تحتوي أقراص نوربرولاك على 75 ميكروجرام من المادة الفعالة كويناجوليد (على هيئة ملح هيدروكلوريد).
• مكونات أخرى:
• ستيرات المغنيسيوم.
• سيليكا غروانية لا مائية.
• هايبروميلوز.
• نشا الذرة.
• سليلوز ميكروبلوري.
• لاكتوز أحادي الهيدرات.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
