شامبو ميدافيتا للرجال، هو شامبو علاجي مُخصص للرجال للمساعدة في تقليل تساقط الشعر، يحتوي على تركيبة طبيعية غنية بمستخلصات نباتية فعّالة مثل: إكليل الجبل، سيرينوا ريبنس، القرفة، الألوة، الغلبانوم، الكالمس، الكافور، المرّ، جوزة الطيب، الزنجبيل، الآذريون الجبلي، والكركم.

يتميز بدرجة حموضة معتدلة (pH 4.8) تجعله لطيفًا على فروة الرأس حتى مع الاستخدام المتكرر، وهو خالي من البارابين ومجرَّب سريريًا.

الفوائد والاستخدامات

• يساعد على تقليل تساقط الشعر الوراثي (الصلع الأندروجيني).

• يعمل مستخلص سيرينوا ريبنس على تثبيط نشاط إنزيم 5-ألفا ريدوكتاز المرتبط بتساقط الشعر.

• يقوي الشعر وينشّط فروة الرأس بفضل مكونات مثل: الزنجبيل، القرفة، الكركم والمورينجا.

• ينقّي فروة الرأس ويقلل من الشعور بالدهنيّة واللزوجة.

طريقة الاستخدام 

• يوضع الشامبو على فروة الرأس المبللة.

• يُدلّك بلطف بأطراف الأصابع لتوزيع الرغوة على كامل الشعر والفروة.

• يُشطف جيدًا بالماء حتى تزول كل آثار المنتج.

• يُنصح بمتابعة الروتين باستخدام Lotion Concentrée Homme Male Anti-Hair Loss Intensive Treatment بعد إزالة الماء الزائد.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• يُتجنّب ملامسة العينين، وفي حال حدوث ذلك يجب شطفها بالماء فورًا.

• لا يُستخدم على فروة رأس متهيجة أو مصابة بجروح إلا بعد استشارة الطبيب.

• في حال ظهور تحسس أو تهيج جلدي، يجب التوقف عن الاستخدام مباشرة.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
