لي ستافورد شامبو بزيت الارجان، هو تركيبة فاخرة مُخصّصة للشعر الجاف والخشن والمجهد، ينظّف بلطف فروة الرأس والشعر من بقايا منتجات التصفيف والزيوت الزائدة دون أن يُجرد الشعر من زيوته الطبيعية المرطبة، وبفضل زيت الأرغان العضوي المُستخلص بطريقة مستدامة من المغرب، يمنح الشعر ترطيبًا عميقًا ولمعانًا صحيًا مع رائحة آسيوية غامرة تشبه أجواء سبا مغربي.

• يغذي الشعر الجاف والخشن ويعيد الليونة والنعومة للمظهر والشعور.

كيفية استعمال شامبو ارجان

• بلّلي الشعر تمامًا بالماء الفاتر.

• خذي كمية مناسبة من الشامبو ودلّكي فروة الرأس بلطف مع توزيع الرغوة على كامل الشعر حتى الأطراف.

• اشطفي الشعر جيدًا بالماء، وكرّري الاستخدام إذا رغبتِ في ذلك.

• يُفضّل بعد ذلك استخدام بلسم (Argan Oil Nourishing Conditioner) أو ماسك عميق للعناية الزائدة حسب الحاجة.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• تجنّب ملامسة العينين، وإذا حصل ذلك، تُشطف فورًا بالماء النظيف.

• لا يُستخدم إذا كنت تعانين من حساسية تجاه أي من مكوّنات الشامبو المُدرجة.

• يُستحسن إجراء اختبار تحسّس بسيط على جزء صغير من الجلد قبل الاستخدام الكامل إذا كانت بشرتك أو فروة رأسك حساسة.

• للحفاظ على الفعالية، يُفضّل عدم مزج الشامبو مع مواد كيميائية قوية دون استشارة مختص.

2-What is the return and exchange policy in the Al-Jawaher online store?

The customer has the right to request the return of an order within three days of receiving it; Provided that the product has not been used or opened and that the product is free of any defect or that the products are excluded from return or exchange

3-What products are not eligible for return or replacement?

**A: Products that require special storage conditions, such as refrigerated medications, milk, and baby food, are not eligible for return or replacement.

Deodorants and personal care and feminine hygiene products are not eligible for return or replacement unless the product is defective.**

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
