طريقة استخدام كانتو لوشن كريمي مرطب للشعر

1. ضعي كمية مناسبة على الشعر المبلّل جزءًا تلو الآخر ووزّعيه بالتساوي.

2. أعيدي التطبيق على الشعر الجاف عند الحاجة لترطيب إضافي.

3. يمكن استخدامه ليلًا مع تشكيل الضفائر أو التواءات كبيرة لثبات أطول.

4. تأكدي من أن الشعر جاف تمامًا قبل فك الضفائر أو الالتواءات.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• يفضّل اختبار كمية صغيرة على منطقة من الجلد للتأكد من عدم وجود حساسية.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
