فيرومين 190 ملغ، هو مكمل غذائي يحتوي على 190 ملجم من كبريتات الحديدوز، ويستخدم للوقاية والعلاج من نقص الحديد وفقر الدم الناتج عنه.
فوائد حبوب فيرومن
- يستخدم فيرومين حبوب حديد للعلاج والوقاية من نقص مستويات الحديد في الدم، والحفاظ على مستويات الحديد طبيعية في الجسم.
- علاج فقر الدم الناتج عن نقص الحديد.
طريقة استخدام فيرومين لنقص الحديد
- يتم تحديد الجرعة المناسبة بواسطة الطبيب.
- للبالغين وكبار السن (للوقاية): قرص واحد يوميًا، ولعلاج فقر الدم 2 - 3 أقراص يوميًا.
- للعلاج (للأطفال من 6 إلى 12 سنة):
- الأطفال الذين يزيد وزنهم على 22 كجم: قرص واحد يوميًا.
- الأطفال الذين يزيد وزنهم على 44 كجم: قرص واحد مرتين يوميًا.
- الأطفال الذين يزيد وزنهم على 66 كجم: قرص واحد ثلاث مرات يوميًا.
الآثار الجانبية
- اضطرابات في الجهاز الهضمي مثل: الغثيان، الإمساك، الإسهال.
- تغير في لون البراز إلى اللون الأسود، وهو تأثير غير ضار.
- في حالات نادرة، قد تحدث تفاعلات تحسسية.
الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

- يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول حبوب فيرومين للحامل أو المرضعة لتحديد الجرعة المناسبة.
الحفظ والتخزين
- يحفظ في درجة حرارة لا تزيد عن 30 درجة مئوية.
- يحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
