نستلة ريسورس ثيكن اب كلير ( NESTLE 125g )، هو  مسحوق مُكثّف فوري للسوائل والأطعمة، يحتوي على صمغ الزانثان، ويُستخدم كغذاء لأغراض طبية خاصة لدعم النظام الغذائي للأشخاص الذين يعانون من صعوبات في البلع، ويُستخدم تحت إشراف طبي فقط.

الفوائد والاستخدامات 

نستلة ريسورس ثيكن اب كلير يُوصف للمرضى المحتاجين إلى تكثيف الأطعمة أو السوائل، خاصةً في حالات مثل:

• السكتة الدماغية.
• مرض باركنسون.
• ضمور العضلات.
• التصلب المتعدد.
• مرض العصبون الحركي.
• اضطرابات عصبية بسبب إصابات أو أمراض.
• سرطانات الفم والحلق.

طريقة الاستخدام 

• يجب تحضير المنتج وفقًا لتوصيات الطبيب.
• استعمل المغرفة المرفقة للقياس.
• 1 مغرفة = 1.2 جرام.

تحضير السوائل

• ضع المسحوق في كوب أو إناء جاف ونظيف.
• أضف السائل إلى المسحوق.
• قلّب لمدة دقيقة حتى يذوب.
• انتظر دقيقة إضافية للوصول إلى القوام المناسب.
• لا تضف مسحوقًا إضافيًا بعد التثخين.
• يُستهلك خلال 4 ساعات إذا كان في درجة حرارة الغرفة أو 24 ساعة في حال تبريده.

تحضير الأطعمة المهروسة

• أضف الكمية اللازمة من المسحوق للحصول على القوام المطلوب، بنفس خطوات التحضير السابقة.

تحضير أنواع مشروبات خاصة

• المشروبات الساخنة: حضّرها أولًا، ثم أضف المسحوق، واتركها تبرد قليلًا قبل التقديم.
• المشروبات الغازية: قلّب لتقليل الغازات قبل الإضافة.
• الحليب: أضف المسحوق واتركه لبضع دقائق ليصل للكثافة المناسبة.

المكملات الغذائية السائلة (200 مل)

• أضف نصف الكمية من المكمل الغذائي، وقلّب حتى يذوب.
• أضف النصف الآخر، وقلّب مجددًا.
• اتركه حتى 20 دقيقة ليصل للقوام المطلوب.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• مناسب للأطفال من عمر 3 سنوات فأكثر.
• لا يُستخدم كمصدر وحيد للتغذية.
• يُستخدم فقط عن طريق الفم بعد خلطه مع الطعام أو الشراب.
• يُستخدم تحت إشراف طبي فقط.

 الحفظ والتخزين 

• يُخزن قبل الفتح في مكان جاف وبارد.
• بعد الفتح، يُستخدم خلال 8 أسابيع.

• صمغ الزانثان (مُكثف).
• كلوريد البوتاسيوم.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
