إبر ديفيريلين 3 مجم ممتدة المفعول، تساعد على علاج سرطان البروستاتا عند الرجال؛ إذ تقلّل مستويات هرمون التستوستيرون، الذي قد يزيد نموّ هذا السرطان، مما يجعل الدواء من الخيارات الفعالة في التعامل مع هذا السرطان الخبيث.

مكونات ديفيريلين

تحتوي إبر ديفيريلين بي ار على مادة "ترايبتوريلين ايمبونات"، أحد ناهضات الهرمون المطلِق لموجهة الغدد التناسلية، والتي تساعد على:

• تقليل مستويات هرمون التستوستيرون عند الرجال لمنع نمو سرطان البروستاتا.
• تقليل مستويات هرمون الاستروجين عند النساء.

دواعي استعمال ديفيريلين

يُستخدَم ديفيريلين بي ار في علاج سرطان البروستاتا الذي امتدّ إلى الأنسجة المحيطة و/أو أجزاء الجسم الأخرى.

جرعة ديفيريلين

• تُستخدم إبر ديفيريلين عن طريق الحقن العضلي.
• تُؤخَذ الجرعة 3 مجم مرة واحدة شهريًا.
• قد تزداد أعراض السرطان في بدء استخدام الدواء، لأنّه قد يزيد مستويات هرمون التستوستيرون في البداية، وهذا فقط مع العلاج أول مرة باستخدام ديفيريلين

الآثار الجانبية لديفيريلين

قد تُسبِّب إبر ديفيريلين بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• الضعف.
• ألم الظهر.
• الشعور بوخز وتنميل في القدمين.
• فرط التعرّق.
• ضعف الرغبة الجنسية.
• الهبّات الساخنة.
• الغثيان.
• جفاف الفم.
• الاكتئاب.
• ألم أو تورّم أو احمرار في موضع الحقن.
• زيادة الوزن.
• ارتفاع ضغط الدم.

موانع استخدام ديفيريلين

لا يُستخدَم ديفيريلين في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناتها.
• الأورام التي لا تعتمد على الهرمونات للنمو عند الرجال.
• الخضوع لجراحة لاستئصال الخصيتين.
• ألم الظهر الشديد الناجِم عن انتشار سرطان البروستاتا وضغطه على أعصاب العمود الفقري.
• الحوامل والمرضعات.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام حقن ديفريلين بي ار في حالة:

• ألم ناجِم عن انتشار السرطان.
• ألم في أثناء التوّل أو صعوبته.
• هشاشة العظام أو وجود تاريخ عائلي مُسبق بهشاشة العظام.
• صداع مفاجئ مع/ أو عدم وضوح الرؤية.
• ارتفاع مستويات السكر في الدم أو مرض السكري.
• الحساسية تجاه الأطعمة أو الأصباغ أو أي أدوية أخرى.
• مشكلات القلب والأوعية الدموية.
• عدم انتظام ضربات القلب.
• تناول أدوية لخفض ضغط الدم.
• الاكتئاب والاضطرابات النفسية.
• أورام الدماغ عند الأطفال.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل استخدام إبر ديفيريلين إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• أدوية السيولة.
• الأدوية التي تزيد مستويات هرمونات أخرى، مثل هرمون البرولاكتين.
• الأدوية التي تؤثر على إفراز موجهات الغدد التناسلية.
• أدوية عدم انتظام ضربات القلب.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في مكان بارد وجاف في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.
• لا يُستخدَم الدواء بعد انتهاء صلاحيته.
• يُحتفَظ بالدواء في عبّوته حتى يُستخدَم.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
