دوسباتالين 200 مجم، هو دواء مضاد للتشنج يحتوي على المادة الفعالة هيدروكلوريد ميبيفيرين بتركيز 200 مجم في كبسولات معدلة الإطلاق، ويُستخدم لتخفيف تشنجات وألم الأمعاء المصاحبة لمتلازمة القولون العصبي (IBS)، وهي حالة شائعة تسبب اضطرابات في حركة الأمعاء وأعراض هضمية مزعجة.

طريقة استخدام حبوب دوسباتالين ريتارد

• الجرعة المعتادة للبالغين (بما في ذلك كبار السن): كبسولة واحدة مرتين يوميًا.
• تُؤخذ الكبسولة قبل 20 دقيقة من تناول الطعام.
• تُبتلع الكبسولة كاملة مع كمية كافية من الماء، ولا يجب مضغها.

أضرار دوسباتالين ريتارد الجانبية 

مثل جميع الأدوية، قد يُسبب دواء دوسباتالين ريتارد بعض الآثار الجانبية، والتي قد تتفاوت في شدتها، وتشمل ما يلي:

• آثار جانبية نادرة ولكن خطيرة:
• تفاعلات تحسسية شديدة مثل: صعوبة في التنفس أو تورم الوجه أو الرقبة أو اللسان أو الحلق.
• الوذمة الوعائية (تورم مفاجئ في الوجه أو الرقبة أو الأطراف).
• آثار جانبية أقل شدة:
• طفح جلدي، أو حكة، أو احمرار في الجلد.
• الشرى (طفح جلدي على هيئة انتفاخات).

يجب التوقف عن تناول الدواء واستشارة الطبيب فور ظهور أي علامات تحسس أو أعراض غير معتادة.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• لا يُستخدم في حالة الحساسية لهيدروكلوريد ميبيفيرين أو أي من مكونات الدواء.
• استشر الطبيب إذا كانت الأعراض جديدة أو تزداد سوءًا.
• يُستخدم بحذر في حالة وجود مشاكل بالكبد أو الكلى.
