مكونات قطرة جنتاسين

تحتوي قطرة جنتاسين على المادة الفعالة "جنتاميسين"، أحد المضادات الحيوية، الفعالة في القضاء على البكتيريا المُسبّبة لالتهابات العيون أو الأذن.

دواعي استعمال جنتاسين قطرة

تُستخدَم قطرة جنتاسين في:

• علاج الالتهابات البكتيرية في العين والأذن.
• الوقاية من العدوى البكتيرية في حالة إصابة العين أو الأذن.

جرعة قطرة جنتاسين

• يُحدّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة من قطرة جنتاسين.

• يجب إزالة العدسات اللاصقة خلال العلاج باستخدام قطرة جنتاسين.

الآثار الجانبية

قد تُسبّب قطرة جنتاسين بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• عدم وضوح الرؤية.
• التهاب الجلد.
• الدوخة أو الدوار.
• حرقة أو لسع في موضع استخدام القطرة.

موانع الاستخدام

لا تُستخدَم قطرة جنتاسين في حالة:

• الوهن العضلي.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

• مشكلات السمع.
• مرض الميتوكوندريا، لأنّه قد يزيد خطر الإصابة بضعف السمع.
• الجروح المفتوحة أو تلف البشرة.
• الحمل أو الرضاعة.
• استخدام الدواء لفترةٍ طويلة من الوقت.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام قطرة جنتاسين إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• المضادات الحيوية.
• سيكلوسبورين.
• أمفوتريسين.
• سيسبلاتين.
• الأدوية الباسطة للعضلات.
• حمض إيثاكرنيك.
• فوروسيميد.

تعليمات الحفظ والتخزين

• تُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• تُخزّن في درجة حرارة لا تزيد على 25 درجة مئوية.
• تخلّص من القطرة بعد مرور 4 أسابيع من فتحها أول مرة.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
