تحتوي قطرة توبركس على المادة الفعالة "توبراميسين"، أحد المضادات الحيوية الفعالة في التغلب على البكتيريا المُسبِّبة لعدوى العين.

دواعي استعمال قطرة توبريكس

تُستخدم قطرة توبريكس في علاج العدوى البكتيرية للجزء الخارجي من العين.

جرعة قطرة توبريكس للعين

• الجرعة المعتادة 1 - 2 قطرة في العين المصابة كل 4 ساعات.

• في الحالات الشديدة، تكون الجرعة 2 قطرة كل ساعة حتى يتحسّن المريض.

• يجب إزالة العدسات اللاصقة قبل استخدام قطرة توبريكس.

• يمكن إعادة ارتداء العدسات اللاصقة بعد 15 دقيقة من استخدام القطرة.

الآثار الجانبية لقطرة توبريكس

قد تسبّب قطرة توبريكس بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• حكّة العين والجفن.

• تورّم الجفن.

• احمرار العين.

• حرقة ولسع في العين.

موانع الاستخدام

لا تُستخدم قطرة توبريكس في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناتها.

تعليمات الحفظ والتخزين

• تُحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.

• تُخزّن في درجة حرارة لا تزيد على 25 درجة مئوية.

• تخلّص من القطرة بعد مرور 4 أسابيع من فتحها للمرة الأولى.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
