املور 10 مجم لعلاج ضغط الدم المرتفع 30 كبسولة، إذ يسمح باتساع الأوعية الدموية وتحسين تدفّق الدم، ومِنْ ثَمّ خفض ضغط الدم.

مكونات املور

يحتوي املور على المادة الفعالة "أملوديبين"، التي تنتمي إلى حاصرات قنوات الكالسيوم، بما يمنع دخول الكالسيوم في خلايا العضلات الملساء في الأوعية الدموية، مما يمنع انقباضها، ويسمح باتساع الأوعية الدموية وتخفيف ضغط الدم المرتفع.

دواعي استعمال املور

يُستخدَم املور في علاج:

• ضغط الدم المرتفع.
• الذبحة الصدرية؛ إذ يحسّن تدفّق الدم إلى عضلة القلب.

جرعة املور

تبدأ الجرعة بـ5 مجم يوميًا، ويمكن زيادتها إلى 10 مجم يوميًا، حسب استجابة المريض.

متى يبدأ مفعول حبوب الضغط المرتفع أملور؟

قد يستغرق أملور بضع ساعات حتى يبدأ مفعوله، وربّما يحتاج إلى 3 أو 4 أسابيع قبل أن يبلغ فعاليته التامة، لأنّه يتراكم في الدم مع تناوله بانتظام وفق الجرعة الموصوفة للحفاظ على ضغط الدم.

الآثار الجانبية لدواء املور

قد يُسبِّب دواء املور بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• الصداع.
• التورّم (احتباس السوائل).
• الإرهاق.
• النعاس.
• الغثيان.
• ألم البطن.
• خفقان القلب.
• الدوخة.

هل أملور يؤثر على الانتصاب؟

قد يُسبِّب أملور ضعف الانتصاب عند الرجال، لكن من الضروري معرفة أنّ ضعف الانتصاب له أسباب مختلفة، لذا يجب استشارة الطبيب حال حدوث ذلك لمعرفة السبب أو البحث عن دواءٍ آخر لعلاج ضغط الدم المرتفع.

موانع استخدام املور

لا يُستخدَم املور في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكونات الدواء.
• هبوط ضغط الدم.
• ضيق الصمام الأورطي.
• صدمة قلبية المنشأ (لا يكون القلب قادرًا على إمداد الجسم بما يكفي من الدم).
• قصور القلب بعد التعرّض لأزمةٍ قلبية.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول املور، خاصةً في حالة:

• قصور القلب.
• المعاناة من أزمة قلبية حديثة.
• مرض الكبد.
• ارتفاع شديد في ضغط الدم.
• كبر السن.

املور للحامل

لا يُوصَى باستخدام املور للحامل إلّا إذا لم يكُن هناك بديل آمن يمكن استخدامه، وأن يكون المرض شديد الخطورة على الأم والجنين وذلك تحت إشراف الطبيب.

املور والرضاعة

لم يثبت مدى أمان استخدام الدواء خلال فترة الرضاعة الطبيعية، ومِنْ ثَمّ لا يُوصَى بتناوله.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء املور إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• مضادات الفطريات، مثل كيتوكونازول.
• أدوية فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية، مثل ريتونافير.
• المضادات الحيوية، مثل كلاريثروميسين وإريثروميسين.
• بعض أدوية القلب، مثل فيراباميل.
• تاكروليموس.
• أدوية الكوليسترول.
• سيكلوسبورين.
• نبتة سانت جون.

حفظ وتخزين الدواء

• يُحفَظ في مكان بارد وجاف.
• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.
• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
