أزي ونس 250 مجم، هو مضاد حيوي من فئة الماكروليدات، يحتوي على المادة الفعالة أزيثرومايسين، ويستخدم لعلاج أنواع مختلفة من العدوى البكتيرية التي تصيب الجهاز التنفسي، والأذن، والجلد، والأنسجة الرخوة، بالإضافة إلى بعض الأمراض المنقولة جنسياً الناتجة عن الكلاميديا.

الفوائد والاستخدامات 

يُستخدم ازى ونس ٢٥٠ لعلاج:

• التهابات الصدر مثل: الالتهاب الشعبي والالتهاب الرئوي.
• التهابات الحلق والأنف مثل: التهاب اللوزتين، والتهاب البلعوم والتهاب الجيوب الأنفية.
• عدوى الأذن الوسطى.
• التهابات الجلد والأنسجة الرخوة مثل: الدمامل والخراجات.
• بعض الأمراض المنقولة جنسياً الناتجة عن الكلاميديا.

طريقة استخدام أزي ونس 250 مجم 6 كبسولات

• البالغون والأطفال (أكثر من 45 كجم):
• الجرعة المعتادة: 500 ملجم (كبسولتان) مرة يومياً لمدة 3 أيام.
• في حالات معينة مثل الكلاميديا: 1 جم (4 كبسولات) جرعة وحيدة.
• الأطفال أقل من 45 كجم: لا يُستخدم في شكل كبسولات.
• يجب ابتلاع الكبسولات كاملة مع الماء.
• يجب الاستمرار في العلاج حتى انتهاء الجرعة المقررة حتى لو تحسنت الأعراض.
• إذا توقفت مبكراً، قد تعود العدوى من جديد.

الآثار الجانبية 

• تقلصات معوية.
• غثيان.
• إسهال.
• غازات.
• دوخة أو صداع.
• وخز أو تنميل.
• قيء، أو عسر هضم، أو فقدان شهية.
• اضطراب التذوق أو الرؤية.
• طفح جلدي أو حكة.
• آلام المفاصل.
• تعب أو وهن عام.
• تغيرات في تعداد بعض خلايا الدم.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

يجب إخبار الطبيب قبل استخدام كبسولات أزى ونس 250 إذا كنت:

• تعاني من مشاكل في الكبد أو الكلى أو القلب.
• مصاباً بالسكري (يحتوي الدواء على سكروز).
• تعاني من الوهن العضلي الوبيل (قد يزداد سوءاً مع العلاج).
• تعاني من مشاكل عصبية أو نفسية أو سلوكية.
• أصغر من 6 أشهر (لا يُنصح باستخدامه).
• معرضاً لمشاكل في نظم القلب (إطالة فترة QT) مثل: بطء ضربات القلب، وقصور القلب، واضطراب الأملاح، أو تناول أدوية مضادة لاضطراب ضربات القلب.
• حامل أو مرضعة.

تنبيه: قد يسبب إسهالاً شديداً، وفي هذه الحالة يجب مراجعة الطبيب فوراً وعدم تناول أدوية مضادة للإسهال دون استشارة.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب إبلاغ الطبيب إذا كنت تتناول:

• إرجوتامين أو مشتقاته (ممنوع الاستخدام مع أزي-ونس).
• وارفارين (مضاد للتجلط).
• سايكلوسبورين (مثبط للمناعة).
• مضادات الحموضة.
• ديجوكسين (لاضطرابات القلب).
• أدوية علاج فيروس نقص المناعة (مثل: زيدوفودين، ونلفينافير).
• استاتينات (مثل: أتورفاستاتين لخفض الدهون).
• أدوية أخرى مثل: فلوكونازول، وكولشيسين، وسيسابريد، وتيرفينادين، وفنتانيل.

الحفظ والتخزين

• يُحفظ بعيداً عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزن في درجة حرارة لا تتجاوز 30°م.
• لا يُستخدم بعد انتهاء الصلاحية المدونة على العبوة.

• المادة الفعالة: أزيثرومايسين دايهايدريت 262.05 ملجم (يعادل 250 ملجم أزيثرومايسين).

• لاكتوز لامائي.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
