أبيمول قطرة العين لعلاج الجلوكوما، إذ تساعد على تقليل ضغط العين المرتفع، الذي قد يؤدي استمراره دون علاجٍ إلى فقدان البصر، فهي من القطرات الفاعلة في علاج الجلوكوما.
مكونات أبيمول
تحتوي قطرة أبيمول على مادة "تيمولول"، أحد حاصرات مستقبلات بيتا، التي تساعد على علاج الجلوكوما وتقليل ضغط العين المرتفع.
لماذا تستخدم قطرة أبيمول؟
تُستخدَم قطرة أبيمول في علاج:
- ضغط العين المرتفع.
- زرق العين المزمن مفتوح الزاوية (الجلوكوما مفتوحة الزاوية).
- بعض حالات الجلوكوما الثانوية.
جرعة قطرة أبيمول
- يُنصَح بإبقاء العيون مُغلقة بعد استخدام القطرة لمدة دقيقتين، لتقليل امتصاص الدواء إلى الجسم، ومِنْ ثَمّ تجنُّب آثاره الجانبية.
- تستغرق استجابة الجسم لقطرة أبيمول بضعة أسابيع، فيمكِن قياس ضغط العين بعد استخدامه بأربعة أسابيع.
- يجب الانتظار 10 دقائق على الأقل قبل استخدام أي قطرة أخرى للعين.
- يجب إزالة العدسات اللاصقة قبل إضافة قطرة أبيمول للعين.
- يجب عدم ملامسة فوهة القطرة لسطح العين في أثناء استخدامها.
الآثار الجانبية لقطرة أبيمول
قد تُسبِّب قطرة أبيمول بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:
- احمرار العين.
- حكّة العين.
- تدميع العين.
- جفاف العين.
- عدم وضوح الرؤية.
- طنين الأذن.
هل دواء ابيمول يرفع الضغط؟
لا يرفع دواء ابيمول الضغط، وإنّما يساعد على تقليل ضغط العين المرتفع.
هل ابيمول يسبب النوم؟
قد تُسبِّب قطرة ابيمول النعاس، وحال حدوث ذلك، يجب تجنّب قيادة السيارات أو الآلات الثقيلة.
موانع استخدام أبيمول
لا تُستخدَم قطرة أبيمول في حالة:
- فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناتها.
- الربو.
- مرض الانسداد الرئوي المزمن.
- بطء ضربات القلب.
- قصور القلب.
التحذيرات والاحتياطات
يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام قطرة أبيمول، خاصةً في حالة:
- استخدام أدوية أخرى من فئة حاصرات بيتا.
- مرض السكري.
- هبوط مستويات السكر في الدم.
- مرض القرنية.
- الأطفال.
- اضطرابات الأوعية الدموية، مثل مرض رينود.
- الحمل والرضاعة.
التفاعلات الدوائية
يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام قطرة أبيمول إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:
- حاصرات بيتا.
- أدوية ضغط الدم.
- أدوية عدم انتظام ضربات القلب.
- جوانيثيدين.
حفظ الدواء وتخزينه
- يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
- يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية بعيدًا عن الضوء.
- يجب التخلص من القطرة وعدم استخدامها بعد مرور 4 أسابيع من فتحها.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.
After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.
In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.
5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?
If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.
7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?
If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.
