دي - كيورا 25000 وحدة امبولات - فيتامين د

دي-كورا 25000 وحدة دولية هو مكمل غذائي يحتوي على كوليكالسيفيرول (فيتامين د3)، والذي له دور مهم في مساعدة الكلى والأمعاء على امتصاص الكالسيوم، كما يساهم أيضًا في بناء العظام والمحافظة عليها.

الفوائد والاستخدامات 

يحتوي دي-كورا أمبولات على  فيتامين د3، وهو ضروري للعديد من وظائف الجسم الهامة، مثل:

• يستخدم للوقاية من هشاشة العظام، إذ يساعد في امتصاص الكالسيوم والفوسفور، وهما معدنان أساسيان لبناء والحفاظ على عظام وأسنان قوية.

دواعي الاستعمال 

يُستخدم دي-كيورا بتركيز 25,000 وحدة دولية في الحالات التالية:

• للوقاية من نقص فيتامين د عند وجود خطر مرتفع للإصابة أو زيادة الحاجة له.
• كعلاج مساعد مع أدوية أخرى لبعض أمراض العظام مثل هشاشة العظام.
• لعلاج نقص فيتامين د المثبت بالفحوصات المخبرية.

طريقة استخدام  دي-كورا أمبولات فموية

• الجرعة الموصى بها للكبار:
• أمبولتان من دي-كيورا (25,000 وحدة دولية) مرة واحدة أسبوعيًا لمدة 6-8 أسابيع.
• يليها علاج داعم بجرعة يومية (1400-2000 وحدة دولية) حسب توصية الطبيب.
• الجرعة الموصى للأطفال (من عمر يوم إلى 18 عامًا):
• أمبولة واحدة (25,000 وحدة دولية) كل أسبوعين لمدة 6 أسابيع.
• ثم يُتبع بعلاج داعم بجرعة يومية تتراوح بين 400-1000 وحدة دولية.

الآثار الجانبية 

• اضطرابات الجهاز الهضمي مثل: غثيان أو إمساك.  

موانع الاستخدام 

• الحساسية تجاه كوليكالسيفيرول أو أي من مكونات الدواء الأخرى.
• ارتفاع نسبة الكالسيوم في الدم أو البول.
• الإصابة باضطراب قصور الغدة الجار درقية الكاذب، إذ قد يقل احتياج فيتامين د، ومن ثم فالحصول عليه بجرعة كبيرة لفترة طويلة قد يُشكِّل خطورة.
• الإصابة بحصوات الكلى المحتوية على الكالسيوم.
• فرط فيتامين د.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات 

• لا يجب تجاوز الجرعة اليومية الموصى بها.
• أخبر الطبيب إذا كنت تعاني من أي حالات صحية أو تتناول أي أدوية أخرى قبل استخدام هذا المنتج.
• في حالة الحمل أو الرضاعة الطبيعية يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول هذا المنتج.
• تجنب استخدام هذا المنتج إذا كنت تعاني من حساسية تجاه أي من مكوناته.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يحفظ في درجة حرارة لا تزيد عن 30 درجة مئوية.
• يحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
