لي ستافورد زيت الارجان المغربي لتغذية الشعر 50 مل، هو زيت شعر فاخر غني بزيت الأرجان العضوي من المغرب وزيت جوز الهند، مصمم خصيصًا ليمنح شعرك دفعة فورية من الترطيب واللمعان، مع تنعيم خصلات الشعر والتخلص من التجعد، مناسب للشعر الجاف، والخشن، أو المجعد، وهو خفيف بما يكفي حتى لا يُثقل الشعر الرقيق. 

الفوائد والاستخدامات 

• يضيف لمعانًا طبيعيًا ويجعل الشعر يبدو صحيًا وبراقًا. 

• مرطّب ومغذٍ، يساعد في نعومة الشعر وفي إزالة التجعد والهيشان. 

• يحمي الشعر من الجفاف ويمنحه مظهرًا نظيفًا ولامعًا دون تراكم أو دهون زائدة. 

• مثالي للشعر الخشن أو الكثيف أو المحتاج إلى ترطيب إضافي. 

طريقة الاستخدام 

• بعد غسل الشعر، يُفضّل أن يكون الشعر شبه مبلل أو بعد استخدام الشامبو والبلسم المناسب. 

• ضعي بضع قطرات من الزيت (ضخة واحدة كافية للشعر الرقيق) في راحة اليد، ثم افركي بين يديك. 

• وزّعي الزيت على طول الشعر من منتصفه حتى الأطراف، مع التركيز على الأماكن المتضررة أو المجعدة أو التي يظهر فيها الهيشان. 

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• لا تستخدمي كمية زائدة من الزيت على الشعر الرقيق، لأن ذلك قد يثقل الشعر أو يجعله يبدو دهنيًا. 

• تجنّبي ملامسة الزيت للجلد الحساس لفترات طويلة لتجنب التهيج، خاصةً إذا كنت تعانين من حساسية تجاه الزيوت أو العطور (يحتوي على عطر). 

• تجنّبي ملامسة الزيت للعينين، وإذا حدث ذلك، اشطفيهما جيدًا بالماء النظيف.

• اختبري المنتج أولًا على منطقة صغيرة من الجلد قبل الاستخدام الكامل، خاصةً إذا كانت هذه هي المرة الأولى التي تستخدمين فيها زيتاً غنيًا مثل زيت الأرجان.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن أشعة الشمس المباشرة والحرارة العالية.

• يُفضّل إبقاء العبوة مغلقة بإحكام بعد كل استخدام لتجنب أكسدة الزيت.

• يُخزَّن في مكان بارد وجاف.

• يحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.

2-What is the return and exchange policy in the Al-Jawaher online store?

The customer has the right to request the return of an order within three days of receiving it; Provided that the product has not been used or opened and that the product is free of any defect or that the products are excluded from return or exchange

3-What products are not eligible for return or replacement?

**A: Products that require special storage conditions, such as refrigerated medications, milk, and baby food, are not eligible for return or replacement.

Deodorants and personal care and feminine hygiene products are not eligible for return or replacement unless the product is defective.**

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
