دوزتينكس لوقف انتاج حليب الثدي 0.5 مجم

دوستينيكس 0.5 ملغ  2 قرص هو دواء يحتوي على المادة الفعّالة كابيرجولين (دوستينكس)، ويُستخدم كعلاج فعال لحالات ارتفاع هرمون البرولاكتين (هرمون الحليب) في الدم.

دوستينكس استخدامات 

• يُستَخدَم دواء دوستينكس لمنع إفراز الحليب (تثبيط الإرضاع) فور الولادة، وذلك عندما تقرر الأم عدم إرضاع الطفل، أو عندما يكون الإرضاع الطبيعي محظورًا لأسباب طبية تتعلق بالأم أو الطفل، أو بعد ولادة جنين ميت أو الإجهاض.
• يستخدم لعلاج الاضطرابات الناتجة عن ارتفاع برولاكتين الدم، مثل: انقطاع الطمث، عدم انتظام الدورة الشهرية، العقم، وإفراز الحليب غير الطبيعي لدى النساء، وكذلك حالات التثدي وانخفاض الرغبة الجنسية لدى الرجال.
• دوستينكس يستخدم لحالات المرضى الذين يعانون من ورم الغدة النخامية المفرز للبرولاكتين (الورم البرولاكتيني الصغير والكبير)، أو فرط برولاكتين الدم مجهول السبب.

طريقة استخدام دوستينكس حبوب

• يؤخذ عن طريق الفم.
• يُفضل تناول دوستينكسمع الطعام لتقليل احتمالية حدوث الغثيان أو القيء.
• لمنع إفراز الحليب (تثبيط الإرضاع): يُنصح بتناول جرعة واحدة مقدارها 1 ملجم (قرصان بتركيز 0.5 ملجم) خلال أول 24 ساعة بعد الولادة.

• لعلاج ارتفاع البرولاكتين: تكون الجرعة المبدئية 0.5 ملجم أسبوعيًا، تُقسم إلى جرعتين (مثلاً، نصف قرص 0.5 ملجم مرتين في الأسبوع). يمكن زيادة الجرعة تدريجيًا بمقدار 0.5 ملجم أسبوعيًا حتى الوصول إلى الاستجابة المطلوبة.
• يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول هذا الدواء.
• الحد الأقصى من الجرعة المسموح بها يوميًا هي 3 ملجم.

الآثار الجانبية لأقراص تنشيف اللبن dostinex

• مشكلات صمامات القلب.

• الدوار.
• الصداع.
• الغثيان.
• آلام في المعدة.
• انخفاض ضغط الدم عند الوقوف.

موانع استعمال dostinex medicamento

• فرط الحساسية للمادة الفعالة كابيرجولين، أو لأي من مكونات هذا الدواء.

• وجود تاريخ مرضي مع أمراض القلب أو ارتفاع ضغط الدم غير المسيطر عليه.
• سبق الإصابة بتليف رئوي أو تليف التامور أو تليف خلف الصفاق.
• استخدام أدوية مضادة للذهان.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات 

• تحتوي زجاجة دوستينكس على مادة مجففة في الغطاء، لا يجب إزالة هذه المادة المجففة.
• يجب إغلاق الزجاجة جيدًا بعد الاستخدام.
• لا يجوز التخلص من الأدوية عن طريق مياه الصرف الصحي أو النفايات المنزلية، اسأل الصيدلي عن كيفية التخلص من الأدوية التي لم تعد هناك حاجة إليها. 
• قد يسبب هذا الدواء النعاس، لذا يُفضل تجنب القيادة أو تشغيل الآلات الثقيلة حتى معرفة تأثير الدواء على الفرد.
• لا يجب تناول هذا الدواء للمرضى الذين يعانون من: مشاكل وراثية نادرة من عدم تحمل الجلاكتوز، أو نقص إنزيم اللاكتيز، أو سوء امتصاص الجلوكوز والجلاكتوز.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يحفظ في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.
• يحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.

المكونات 

• يحتوي كل قرص على:
• المادة الفعالة: كابيرجولين 0.5 مجم.
• مواد مساعدة: اللاكتوز، والليوسين.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
