اولينزا 5 مجم دواء مضاد للذهان، يساعد على تخفيف أعراض الفصام وبعض الاضطرابات النفسية، من خلال تصحيح اختلال بعض المركّبات الكيميائية في الدماغ، بما يُخفِّف الاضطرابات النفسية.

مكونات اولينزا

يحتوي اولينزا على المادة الفعالة "أولانزابين"، أحد مضادات الذهان، التي تساعد على تخفيف أعراض الفصام، كالهلاوس والأوهام، من خلال تثبيط مُستقبِلات الدوبامين والسيروتونين في الدماغ.

ما هي استخدامات قرص اولينزا 5؟

يُستخدم دواء اولينزا في علاج:

• الفصام، وهو اضطراب نفسي يتسبَّب في رؤية أو سماع أو الشعور بأشياء غير موجودة على الحقيقة، بالإضافة إلى المعتقدات الخاطئة.
• علاج قصير الأمد لنوبات الهوس الحادة المصاحبة للاضطراب ثنائي القطب.

جرعة دواء اولينزا

• يُحدِّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة من دواء اولينزا حسب حالة المريض.
• تتراوح الجرعة اليومية بين 5 - 20 مجم.

• يُفضّل تناول الدواء في نفس الموعد كل يوم.
• لا يُستخدَم دواء اولينزا للأطفال والمراهقين الأصغر من 18 سنة.

متى يبدأ مفعول اولينزا؟

قد يبدأ اولينزا في تحسين بعض الأعراض في غضون 1 - 2 أسبوع، لكن قد يستغرق بلوغ الدواء فعاليته التامة 2 - 3 أشهر.

الآثار الجانبية لدواء اولينزا

قد يُسبِّب اولينزا بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• زيادة الوزن.
• النعاس.
• زيادة مستويات هرمون البرولاكتين في الدم.
• الدوخة أو الإغماء، خاصةً في بداية العلاج.

هل دواء أولانزبين يساعد على النوم؟

يُعدّ النعاس من الآثار الجانبية الشائعة لدواء اولينزا، ومع ذلك فإنّ استخدامه الرئيس لعلاج الفصام ونوبات الهوس، ولا يُستخدَم للتنويم.

موانع استخدام اولينزا

لا يُستخدَم دواء اولينزا في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناته.
• سبق الإصابة بالجلوكوما.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء اولينزا، خاصةً في حالة:

• مرض الكبد.
• التدخين.
• مشكلات البروستاتا.
• مرض باركنسون.
• اضطرابات الدم.
• سبق إصابتك أو إصابة أحد أفراد الأُسرة بجلطات الدم.
• ارتفاع مستويات السكر في الدم.
• الحمل والرضاعة.

قد ينتقل الدواء عبر لبن الأم إلى الرضيع، لذا يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول اولينزا خلال فترة الرضاعة الطبيعية.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء اولينزا إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• مضادات الاكتئاب، مثل فلوفوكسامين.
• مضادات الفطريات، مثل كيتوكونازول.
• المضاد الحيوي سيبروفلوكساسين.
• دواء الصرع كاربامازيبين.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.
• لا يُستخدَم الدواء بعد انتهاء صلاحيته.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
